摘要
土地资源的日益稀缺,城市的快速发展与建设,无法满足的城市居住用房需求,以及房地产开发商为获取更多的商业利益,都使得住宅区的容积率逐渐从“低”向“高”转变。而高容积率住宅区的出现也带来了许多的景观、环境问题,现代居民对于居住区的环境质量也有着越来越高的标准和要求,文章基于这些问题进行探讨,融入古典园林中“小中见大”空间营造的精髓,探究古典园林与现代住宅区的联系,为其景观建设开拓新思路新方向。
With the increasingly scarce land resources,the rapid development and construction of cities,the unsatisfied urban residential houses and real estate developers,in order to obtain more commercial benefits,the plot ratio of residential areas gradually changes from"low"to"high".The presence of the residential area and high volume rate also brought a lot of landscape and environmental problems,as more and more high quality of modern people for residential environment standard,the article will be based on these problems were discussed,into the classical gardens of the essence of"small in see big"space build,explore classical gardens and residential area,now open up new ideas for high volume rate residential landscape construction.
