摘要
针对东南亚某海岛分散式风电项目,基于所在地风资源,对风力发电机的选型进行研究。使用韦布尔双参数分布对这一风电项目的典型年风速进行拟合,结合WES 250、Windflow 45、Nowin 47三款风力发电机的功率曲线计算风电场的年实际发电量和风力发电机的等效满负荷运行小时数。通过研究确认,这一风电项目所在地的典型年风速可以用韦布尔分布进行拟合,数据可靠。三款风力发电机中,WES 250和Nowin 47的切入风速低,年运行小时数高;Windflow 45的输出功率随风速加快而提高的幅度更大,在相同风资源条件下发电量也更大。
For a decentralized wind power project on an island in Southeast Asia,based on the local wind resources,the selection of wind turbine was studied.The Weibull two-parameter distribution was used to fit the typical annual wind speed of this wind power project,and the power curves of the three wind turbines WES 250,Windflow 45,and Nowin 47 were combined to calculate the actual annual power generation of the wind farm and the equivalent hours of operation at full load of the wind turbines.It is confirmed through investigation that the typical annual wind speed at the location of this wind power project can be fitted with Weibull distribution and the data is reliable.Among the three wind turbines,WES 250 and Nowin 47 have low cut-in wind speeds and high annual operating hours,Windflow 45’s output power increases higher with increasing wind speed,and the power generating capacity is also greater under the same conditions of wind resources.
