摘要
为探讨感恩对初中生生活满意度的影响及其作用机制,本研究采用青少年感恩量表、情绪调节策略量表和生活满意度量表对703名初中生进行测试,回收有效调查问卷665份。结果显示,初中生生活满意度在年级和家庭所在地方面存在显著差异,具体来说,初三学生的生活满意度在各年级中处于最低水平,初二学生生活满意度显著高于初三学生,城镇初中生生活满意度显著高于农村学生。回归分析的结果显示,初中生感恩对生活满意度具有显著的正向预测作用,情绪调节策略中的认知重评在该过程中起部分中介作用,表达抑制在该过程中的中介作用未达到显著性水平。该结论对教学管理也具有一定的启示意义,提高初中生生活满意度可以从培养感恩特质、调整认知角度等方面努力。
In order to explore the effect of gratitude on life satisfaction of junior high school students and its mechanism,703 junior high school students were investigated by gratitude Scale,emotion regulation Strategy Scale and life Satisfaction Scale.A total of 665 valid questionnaires were collected.The results show that there are significant differences about the life satisfaction in terms of grade level and family location of junior high school students.Specifically,the life satisfaction of the third grade students is lowest among all grades,the second grade students is significantly higher than the third grade students,and the students from urban areas is significantly higher than that from the rural areas.The results of the regression analysis showed that gratitude had a significant positive predictive effect on life satisfaction among junior high school students,cognitive reappraisal played a partial mediating role in this process,and the mediating effect of expression inhibition in this process was not significant.The conclusion also has some implications for teaching and management.To improve the life satisfaction of junior high school students,we could make efforts from cultivating their gratitude traits and adjusting their cognition.
