摘要
为提高体育类学术期刊的学术影响力,研究了13种体育类学术期刊的网络首发状况。8种期刊的网络首发是整期汇编定稿后的电子版提前上传,5种期刊实现了单篇首发。影响网络首发的因素有期刊办刊自主权部分缺失与自身重视不足、DOI录入格式不适用、录用定稿首发论文质量难保证、编辑部人员配置缺乏以及首发环节繁琐等。提出了完善期刊管理制度、探索新的DOI录入格式、坚持保障首发论文质量的原则、优化首发操作环节的发展对策。
In order to improve the academic influence of sports academic journals,the first online issue of 13 sports academic journals is studied.The online issue of 8 journals is the electronic version of the final compilation uploaded before paper issue and 5 journals were issued online separately.Among the factors that affect the first online issue include the lack of the autonomous part of running the journal and the lack of attention to it,the non-applicability of the DOI input format,the difficulty of ensuring the quality of the first issue,the lack of staff of the editorial department and the complicated initial online issue process.The paper proposes improvement of journal's management system,a new mode of DOI entry,the principle of the quality of the first paper and the optimization of the first operation.
