摘要
医学生物化学与分子生物学是一门重要的医学公共基础课程,其课程改革一向都是高等医学院校的工作重心。"互联网+智慧教学"时代的到来,对我国的高等教育教学改革研究产生了深远的影响。本文立足于高等医学院校人才培养的教育教学理念,依据国家精品在线开放课程项目的建设宗旨,以高等医学院校生物化学与分子生物学课程为例,从课程设计理念变革、教学内容、课程资源、教学方法、信息化教学技术的综合应用、多元化评价与反馈等方面探索并实践了在线精品课程的建设,为实现线上线下混合式"金课"教学模式的开展,深化高等院校基础医学教学改革,为国家培养优秀的医学专门人才积累了经验。
Biochemistry and Molecular Biology is an important basic course of Medicine,and its reform has always been the focus of medical colleges and universities.With the advent of the era of"internet and education",the research on the teaching reform of our country had a profound impact.This article based on higher medical colleges and universities personnel training education teaching ideas,and on the basis of national high-quality goods online open courses project construction goal.We made the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology course of higher medical colleges and universities as an example,from the change of ideology of curriculum design,teaching contents,curriculum resources,teaching methods,and integrated application of information technology teaching technology,diversified evaluation and feedback,and so on to explore and practice the construction of excellent courses online.This study made the combination of online and offline"golden courses"teaching mode appropriately,deepened the reform of basic medical teaching in colleges and universities,and accumulated experiences for the country to train excellent medical professionals.
