摘要
本文利用2012-2018年的行业面板数据,运用系统GMM的研究方法探究了产业集聚视角下技术升级路径对经济增长的影响,得出以下结论:(1)在产业集聚的视角下发现,研发投入、技术引进等技术升级方式都促进经济增长,且随着投入强度的提升对经济增长有显著的促进作用。(2)低集聚度的自主研发不利于经济的增长,高集聚度则能促进经济发展。集聚水平较高时,成熟配套的产业,技术、信息等资源进一步汇集,减少了企业的研发成本,促使高集聚度的自主研发并促进经济增长。(3)自主研发与技术引进都能促进行业的技术升级,且两者对经济增长的作用机制不同,但不同集聚状态下的技术引进都显著促进经济增长,通过研究技术升级的途径,对不同集聚度下的产业结构升级具有指导意义。
This article uses the industry panel data from 2012 to 2018 and uses the research method of the system GMM to explore the impact of technological upgrade paths on economic growth from the perspective of industrial agglomeration,and draws the following conclusions:(1)From the perspective of industrial agglomeration,research and development Technology upgrade methods such as investment and technology introduction all promote economic growth,and the increase in investment intensity has a significant role in promoting economic growth.(2)Independent research and development with low concentration is not conducive to economic growth,while high concentration can promote economic development.When the agglomeration level is high,mature supporting industries,technology,information and other resources will be further gathered,reducing the R&D costs of enterprises,promoting independent R&D with high concentration and promoting economic growth.(3)Both independent research and development and technology introduction can promote the technological upgrading of the industry,and the two have different mechanisms for economic growth.However,the introduction of technology under different agglomeration states significantly promotes economic growth.The upgrading of industrial structure under agglomeration is of guiding significance.
