维生素D调节支气管哮喘患儿细胞免疫功能的相关性研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨维生素D对支气管哮喘患儿细胞免疫功能的影响,并观察疗效。方法166例支气管哮喘患儿随机分为对照组84例和观察组82例,对照组给予布地奈德、特布他林常规雾化,观察组在对照组基础上给予维生素D治疗。比较2组患儿的细胞免疫功能指标、临床疗效及肺功能指标。结果治疗前,2组患儿CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平及肺功能情况(FEV1、PEF、FEV1/FVC)差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗后,2组患儿上述指标水平均有明显改善,且观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.001)。观察组治疗总有效率(92.7%)高于对照组(76.2%),差异具有统计学意义(χ^2=8.54,P<0.001)。结论维生素D联合常规雾化治疗能显著改善支气管哮喘患儿细胞免疫功能和肺功能,临床效果优于单纯常规雾化。 Objective To explore the influence and observe curative effect of vitamin D on the cellular immune system of pediatric patients with bronchial asthma.Methods A total of 166 pediatric patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the observation group(n=82)and the control group(n=84).All of the pediatric patients were given conventional nebulization of budesonide and terbutaline.Vitamin D was additionally applied in the observation group.The information about cellular immunity,clinical efficacy and pulmonary function was collected for comparison between the two groups.Results There were no statistically significant differences in cellular immunity(levels of CD4^+,CD8^+and CD4^+/CD8^+)and pulmonary function(FEV1,PEF,FEV1/FVC)between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of the above indicators were both significantly improved,and the improvement was more pronounced in the observation group(92.7%)than the control group(76.2%).The differences were statistically significant(χ^2=8.54,P<0.001).Conclusions There was a better clinical effect on the cellular immunity and pulmonary function of pediatric patients when combining vitamin D with the conventional nebulization of budesonide than the conventional nebulization alone.
