间伐和套种对杉木人工林土壤理化性质及微生物的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Thinning and Interplanting on Physical and Chemical Properties of Soil and Microorganisms in Chinese Fir Plantation

摘要 以3种间伐模式(M1:间伐44%,M2:间伐38%和M3:间伐0%)及6种套种措施的40 a生杉木林土壤为研究对象,在间伐套种完成0.5 a后,比较研究不同间伐和套种措施对土壤理化性质和土壤微生物的短期影响。结果表明,在不同间伐模式下,对照和套种鹅掌楸、红豆杉、闽楠的林分土壤DOC含量均随着间伐强度的增加而减少,对照和套种鹅掌楸、米老排、闽楠的林分土壤NH4^+-N含量均随着间伐强度的增强表现出先降低后增加的趋势。在M1和M2模式下套种米老排的林分土壤革兰氏阳性菌含量均显著高于M3模式;在M3模式下,套种鹅掌楸的林分土壤革兰氏阳性菌和革兰氏阴性菌含量显著高于对照林分。冗余分析结果表明,DOC、SWC、NH4^+-N和C/N是导致土壤微生物发生变化的主要因素。研究认为,在M1和M3模式下套种鹅掌楸比套种其他树种更有利于改善土壤肥力。因此,在森林经营过程中应该采取合理的间伐和套种措施,以促使土壤质量向好的方向发展,这对维持土壤生态系统平衡和林业的可持续发展具有重要的意义。 The soil of a 40-year-old Chinese fir plantation was taken as the research object,and 3 thinning modes(M1:thinning 44%,M2:thinning 38%and M3:thinning 0%)and 6 interplanting measures were adopted to compare short-term effects of the different measures on physical and chemical properties of their soil and soil microorganisms.The results showed that under different thinning modes,soil DOC content in the control and intercropped Liriodendron chinense,Taxus chinensis,and Phoebe bournei stands decreased with thinning intensity;soil NH4^+-N content in the stands of control and interplanted Liriodendron chinense,Milaopai,and Phoebe bournei both showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing with the increase of thinning intensity.In the M1 and M2 modes,the content of Gram-positive bacteria in the stands of interplanted with Milaopai was significantly higher than that in the M3 mode;in the M3 mode,the contents of gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria in the stands of interplanted Liriodendron tulipifera were significantly higher than those in the control stands.RDA analysis showed that DOC,SWC,NH4^+-N and C/N were the main factors changing soil microorganisms.Interplanting Liriodendron tulipifera under the M1 and M3 modes is more conducive to improving soil fertility than interplanting other tree species.In forest management,it's important to adopt reasonable thinning and interplanting measures to promote soil quality and maintain a balance of soil ecosystem and sustainable development of forestry.
