摘要
推进城乡经济社会一体化,实现城乡高质量发展,既是建设中国特色社会主义的一个重要内容,也是“十四五”期间我国经济社会发展的重大任务.然而,无论是我国城乡二元结构的形成,还是我国城乡二元结构的现状,抑或是城乡一体化的发展走势都具有特殊性.因此,推进中国特色的城乡一体化发展,既没有成熟的系统理论来指导,也没有先行的他国经验可供借鉴.为了在理论上探索中国特色的城乡一体化理论,在实践中推进中国城乡一体化发展,我们组织了一组城乡关系笔谈,就城乡关系的理论发展、实践演进、特点、水平评价、难点及其破解进行讨论,以引起更多的学者关注这一问题,并参加讨论.
To promote the economic and social integration of urban and rural areas and realize high-quality development of urban and rural areas is not only an important content of building socialism with Chinese characteristics,but also a major task of China’s economic and social development during the“14th five year plan”.However,whether the formation of urban-rural dual structure,or the status quo of urban-rural dual structure,or the development trend of urban-rural integration,all have their particularity.Therefore,to promote the development of urban-rural integration with Chinese characteristics,there are neither mature systematical theories to guide,nor experience of other countries for reference.In order to explore the theory of urban-rural integration with Chinese characteristics in theory and promote the development of urban-rural integration in practice,we organized a group of written talks on urban-rural relations,discussing the theoretical development,practical evolution,characteristics,level evaluation,difficulties and solutions of urban-rural relation,with the aim of attracting more scholars to pay attention to this issue and participate in the discussion.
