摘要
以工程实例为载体,介绍了新冠病毒疫情期间"五准备一到位"的管理模式,分别从思想认识、组织领导、复工方案、防控物资、应急预案、防疫措施等方面阐述如何在疫情期间进行现场管理,通过取得的成效说明管理模式的可行性,为后期出现类似情况时提供了经验和参考。
Taking the project as the carrier,this paper introduces the management mode of“five preparations and one in place”during 2019-nCoV,and expounds how to carry out on-site management during the epidemic period from the aspects of understanding,organization,programme,epidemic prevention materials,emergency plan,epidemic prevention measures,etc..The results proved the feasibility of the management mode and provide experience and reference for similar situations in the later stage.
