摘要 高职教育的多主体参与、多层次协同和多领域融合必然要求高职教育教学治理机制从一元管理模式向多元协同治理模式嬗变。为此,必须立足公共理性视域,着力构建制度推进机制、内生动力机制、利益协调机制、权责明晰机制、督导评估机制,完善高职院校内部治理体系。 The multi-subject participation,multi-level coordination and multi-field integration of higher vocational education inevitably require the evolution of modern higher vocational education teaching governance mechanism from unitary management mode to multi-collaborative governance mode.Hence from the perspective of public rationality,there is need to focus on the establishment of institutional promotion mechanism,endogenous driving mechanism,interest coordination mechanism,power and responsibility clarification mechanism,supervision and evaluation mechanism and improve the internal governance system of higher vocational colleges.
