基于DUS测试性状对马铃薯测试品种的遗传多样性分析 被引量:5

摘要 为了优化马铃薯DUS测试技术,同时为马铃薯新品种选育提供参考依据,利用DUS测试中的44个性状对38份马铃薯测试品种进行了多样性分析。结果表明,44个形态性状在38份马铃薯测试品种中检测到196个等位变异,平均每个性状4.4773个,平均有效等位变异数目为2.4893(1.0000~4.9544)个;Shannon-Weaver多样性指数平均为1.0287,变幅为0~1.7271。38个马铃薯测试品种相似系数分布在0.70~0.93之间。当相似系数为0.75时,38个马铃薯品种可分为3类,块茎的表皮颜色和光发芽基部花青甙显色蓝色素比重可以有效区分品种。 In order to optimize the DUS test technology of potato and provide reference for the breeding of new potato varieties,the diversity analysis of 38 potato test varieties was carried out by using 44 characters in DUS test.The results showed that 196 allelic variations of 44 morphological traits were detected in 38 potato cultivars,with an average of 4.4773 per trait and an average number of effective allelic variations of 2.4893(1.0000-4.9544).The average diversity index of Shannon-Weaver was 1.0287,and the variation range was 0-1.7271.Meanwhile,the similarity coefficients of 38 potato test varieties ranged from 0.70 to 0.93.Also,38 potato varieties could be divided into 3 categories when the similarity coefficient was 0.75.The epidermal color of tubers and the concentration of blue pigment produced by anthocyanin could effectively distinguish the varieties.
