A Method of Root Conflict Problem Solving Based on Bio-Inspired Design

摘要 为减少在物理矛盾求解过程中发现资源“x”的难度,提出以仿生设计方法扩展资源获取途径。在研究BioTRIZ域矛盾与TRIZ的技术矛盾以及TRIZ技术矛盾与物理矛盾的关系的基础上,以技术矛盾为纽带,提出由物理矛盾表达向域矛盾表达的矛盾问题转换路径。在转换路径的基础上,建立了基于仿生设计的物理矛盾求解流程,分析了不同矛盾表达的抽象程度,并阐述了发明原理选择原则,提出应用仿生实例进行资源分析的方法。以实例说明所提出方法中包括问题分析因果链建立、技术矛盾与物理矛盾因果关系表达、发明原理选择原则以及资源获取方法的应用,并验证所提出的方法正确和有效。 In order to reduce the difficulty of finding resource "x" in the process of root conflict problem solving, an extending way to obtain resource "x" by the aid of bio-inspired design is presented. A route of transforming root conflict of TRIZ to field conflict of BioTRIZ by way of technical conflict is proposed, after analyzing the relationship between field conflict of BioTRIZ and technical conflict of TRIZ, as well as the relationship between technical conflict and root conflict. Based on the proposal route, a flowchart of root conflict problem solving by the aid of bio-inspired design is established, and the level of abstract of different conflict expression is analyzed, then the method to select inventive principles is described. Finally, the analogy method to obtain resource from biological instance is put forward. A case study is used to demo the process of the proposal approach, including the building of causal chain, the expression of relationship between technical conflict and root conflict, the selecting method of inventive principles, and application of resource obtaining method, which shown the proposal approach is correct and valid.
