摘要
目的研讨竹药罐对类风湿关节炎患者生活质量的影响,评价其临床治疗效果。方法采用随机数字表将某院2019年3月至2020年3月收治的91例类风湿关节炎患者分为对照组45例与实验组46例。对照组行常规西药治疗,实验组在对照组的基础上给予竹药罐进行治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前、治疗3个月后生活质量(SF-36)、疼痛程度(VAS)及简化疾病活动指数(SDAI)。结果实验组临床治疗效果高于对照组(P<0.05);与对照组相比较,实验组治疗后SF-36量表评分的各项维度评分均较高(P<0.001);与对照组相比较,实验组治疗后疼痛程度较低(P<0.001);与对照组相比较,实验组SDAI指数较高(P<0.001)。结论采用竹药罐治疗类风湿关节炎患者疗效确切,有助于改善患者病情,减轻疼痛,提高生活质量。
Objective To study the effect of bamboo medicine pot on the quality of life in patients with rheumatoid arthritis,and to evaluate its clinical therapeutic effect.Methods By random number table method,91 patients with rheumatoid arthritis admitted to a hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were divided into control group(45 cases)and experimental group(46 cases).The control group received conventional western medicine treatment,and the experimental group was treated with bamboo medicine pot on the basis of the control group.Clinical efficacy,quality of life three months after treatment(SF-36),visual analogue scale(VAS)and simplified disease activity index(SDAI)were compared between the two groups before and 3 months after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the SF-36 scale scores of the experimental group were higher in all dimensions after treatment(P<0.001).Compared with the control group,the pain degree of the experimental group was lower after treatment(P<0.001).Compared with the control group,he experimental group had a higher SDAI index(P<0.001).Conclusion Using bamboo medicine pot to treat patients with rheumatoid arthritis is effective,helpful to improve the condition of patients,reduce pain,and improve the quality of life.
