摘要
矿井排风所提取热量能用于井筒防冻,井筒防冻所需热量与提取量之间的逐时供需关系仍是业界尚需揭示的问题。针对此问题,利用热力学公式,推导出井筒防冻所需热量和矿井排风提取热量计算方法,以内蒙古通辽市某煤矿为例,计算出年度热量,并且确定出最不利供需月为1月;进一步针对1月计算出了逐日所需热量,发现最不利供需日期为1月13日,并开展了该日期的逐时计算,得到仅需额外补充加热功率约为3200 kW。
The heat extracted from the mine exhaust can be used to prevent freezing in the shaft,and the time-to-time supply and demand relationship between the heat required for preventing freezing in the shaft and the amount extracted is still a problem that the industry needs to reveal.In response to this problem,the thermodynamic formula was used to derive the calculation method of the heat required for shaft antifreeze and the heat extracted from the mine exhaust.Taking a coal mine in Tongliao City,Inner Mongolia as an example,the annual heat was calculated and the most unfavorable supply and demand month was determined as January;further the day-to-day heat requirement was calculated for January,and the most unfavorable supply and demand date was found to be January 13,and hourly calculations were carried out on this date.Only additional supplementary heating power of approximately 3200 kW was obtained.
