摘要 以Pd(NO3)2为原料,谷胱甘肽(GSH)为稳定剂,抗坏血酸为还原剂,通过化学还原法一步制备荧光钯纳米簇(Pd NCs)。该Pd NCs在水溶液中具有优异的荧光发射性能及良好的抗光漂白性和稳定性。基于2,4-二硝基酚(2,4-DNP)和Pd NCs之间的内滤效应引起荧光共振能量转移,导致Pd NCs的荧光猝灭,构建了定量检测2,4-DNP的荧光探针体系,将其作为荧光探针用于2,4-DNP的检测,2,4-DNP浓度在0~230 nmol/L范围内与Pd NCs的荧光猝灭程度呈现良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9961。制备的Pd NCs对2,4-DNP具有高选择性、高灵敏度,能作为2,4-DNP检测的传感器。 Fluorescent palladium nanoclusters(Pd NCs) were prepared by chemical reduction method using palladium nitrate(Pd(NO3)2) as raw material,glutathione(GSH) as stabilizer and ascorbic acid as reducing agent.Pd NCs shaved excellent fluorescence emission properties in aqueous solution and good photobleaching resistance and stability.Fluorescence resonance energy transfer was caused by the internal filtration effect between 2,4-dinitrophenol(2,4-DNP) and Pd NCs,which resulted in fluorescence quenching of Pd NCs,and a quantitative detection of 2,4-DNP fluorescence system was constructed.It has good selectivity for other substances and was used as a fluorescent probe for the detection of 2,4-DNP.The 2,4-DNP concentration showed a good linear relationship with the fluorescence quenching degree of Pd NCs in the range of 0-230 nmol/L,and the correlation coefficient was 0.9961.The prepared Pd NCs have high selectivity,high sensitivity and good anti-interference ability to 2,4-DNP,and can be used for 2,4-DNP detection.
