摘要
基于安徽省统计年鉴2007—2019年面板数据,采用中国私营企业创业指数(CPEA)测量方法衡量安徽省16市的创业活动水平和活跃程度。从时间维度,对比观测了不同年度安徽省各城市创业活跃度;从空间维度,根据样本期间内CPEA指数平均值,将安徽省16市划分为创业高度活跃、创业比较活跃和创业不活跃三个区域。结果表明:2008—2018年,安徽省各地区的创业水平呈现整体增长趋势;同时安徽省各区之间呈现创业水平差距显著,发展不均衡的现象,据此针对不同创业活跃度区域的特点提出相关对策建议。
Based on the panel data of Anhui Province Statistical Yearbook from 2007 to 2019,the level and activity of entrepreneurial activities in 16 cities of Anhui Province are measured by China Private Entrepreneurship Activity(CPEA)Index.From the time dimension,the entrepreneurial activity of different cities in Anhui Province in different years is compared and observed;from the space dimension,according to the average value of CPEA during the sample period,and it is divided into three regions:highly active,relatively active and inactive,The results show that:from 2008 to 2018,the entrepreneurial level of all regions in Anhui Province has shown an overall growth trend;at the same time,there was a significant gap between the entrepreneurial level and the development was unbalanced among the regions in Anhui Province.So relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward according to the characteristics of different entrepreneurial activity regions.
