摘要
鬣羚(Capricornis sumatraensis)的活动节律是鬣羚保护工作的关键基础之一,牦牛(Bos grunniens)放牧是当地牧民在鬣羚栖息地进行的日常活动,研究牦牛放牧活动对鬣羚的活动节律的影响对于做好鬣羚保护工作具有重要意义。传统方法不适用于夜间活动的鬣羚活动节律的监测,热红外技术能够监测具有温度的目标对象,不受白天黑夜的影响,非常适合鬣羚监测。借助红外相机获取鬣羚和牦牛的活动照片;根据独立有效照片数量计算鬣羚和牦牛在不同时段和不同月份的相对活动丰富度指数,得到鬣羚和牦牛的日活动节律和月活动节律;通过鬣羚和牦牛的日活动节律和月活动节律的相关性分析讨论牦牛放牧行为对鬣羚活动节律的影响。研究表明:鬣羚与牦牛的日活动节律为极低正相关(r=0.028,P=0.931,r<0.1),鬣羚与牦牛的月活动节律为极低负相关(r=-0.066,P=0.838,r<0.1),米亚罗自然保护区内牦牛放牧并不会显著影响鬣羚的活动节律。
The activity rhythm of serows(Capricornis sumatraensis)is one of the key bases for the protection of serows.Yak(Bos grunniens)herding is a daily activity of local herdsmen in the habitat of serows,it is very important to study the effect of yak grazing on the activity rhythm of serows.The traditional method is not suitable for monitoring the activity rhythm of serows which is nocturnal animal.The thermal infrared technology can monitor the target with temperature,which is not limited at day and night.So,it is very suitable for monitoring serows.The activity pictures of the serow and yak were obtained by using infrared camera.The relative activity richness index of the serow and yak in different periods and months was calculated according to the number of independent effective pictures,and the daily activity rhythm and monthly activity rhythm of serows and yaks were obtained.The influence of yak grazing behavior on the activity rhythm of serows was discussed by analyzing the correlation between daily activity rhythm and monthly activity rhythm of serows and yaks.The results showed that there is a very low positive correlation between daily activity rhythm of serows and yaks(r=0.028,P=0.931,r<0.1),There is a very low negative correlation between the monthly activity rhythm of serows and yaks(r=-0.066,P=0.838,r<0.1).Yak grazing in Miyaluo Nature Reserve did not significantly affect the activity rhythm of serows.
