无卤阻燃永久抗静电GFPP材料研制 被引量:2

Preparation of Halogen-free Flame Retarded and Permanent Antistatic Glass-fiber Reinforced Polypropylene

摘要 以玻纤增强聚丙烯(GFPP)为基体,加入无卤阻燃剂FR–1420、永久抗静电剂P–22制备复合材料,考察了体系的阻燃性能、永久抗静电性能、力学性能和热稳定性能。结果表明,FR–1420单独添加20%时,可使GFPP阻燃等级达到UL–94 V0级;P–22单独添加20%,可使GFPP表面电阻率下降至1.4×108Ω。当阻燃剂与抗静电复合使用,FR–1420添加量为25%,P–22添加量为20%时,复合材料阻燃等级达到V0级,表面电阻达率到1.5×108Ω,且抗静电性能持久稳定;复合材料力学性能仍维持在较高的水平,拉伸强度为37 MPa,缺口冲击强度为11.2 kJ/m2;复合材料初始分解温度大幅度降低,由纯样的423℃降低至330℃。 The composites were prepared by adding halogen-free flame retardant FR–1420 and permanent antistatic agent P–22 with glass-fiber reinforced polypropylene(GFPP)as the matrix material.The flame retardant property,permanent antistatic property,mechanical property and thermal stability of the system were investigated.The results showed that FR–1420 added 20%individually,could make the flame retardant level of GFPP achieved V0 rating,P–22 added 20%individually,could make the surface resistance of GFPP decreased to 1.4×108Ω.The composites achieved UL–94 V–0 rating and the surface resistivity reduced to 1.5×108Ωwhen FR–1420 added to 25%and P–22 added to 20%,and the antistatic property was maintained for a long time,the tensile strength was 37 MPa and the notched impact strength was 11.2 kJ/m2.Compared to the virgin GFPP system,the mechanical properties of the composites were also on a very good level.Moreover,the initial decomposition temperature of the composites decreased from 423℃to 330℃.
