高炉减压阀组控制策略与日常故障浅析

摘要 主要介绍了大型高炉重点设备减压阀组的控制策略,并对日常工作中出现的故障进行了分析,从日常维护角度对高炉顶压控制系统的可靠性、安全性进行了阐述,对系统运行的优点进行了说明,实现了高炉炉顶顶压控制系统与TRT机组有机高效配合,提高了控制质量,达到满意的运行效果。 Control strategy of pressure reducing valve group of key equipment of large blast furnace is introduced mainly,the faults in daily work are analyzed,the reliability and safety of top pressure control system of blast furnace are expounded from the point of view of daily maintenance,the advantages of system operation are explained.An organic and efficient cooperation between the top pressure control system and the TRT unit is realized,and the control quality is improved to achieve satisfactory operation effect.
