摘要
机车风源系统为列车空气制动系统和辅助用风设备提供压缩空气,是列车安全运行的重要保障。现有铁路机车的风源系统均采用容积式空气压缩机,其性能受到高海拔运用环境的影响。针对我国既有高原铁路机车供风能力差异较大、空压机容积流量缺乏统一标准的现状,通过高原低气压环境对空压机供风能力影响的理论分析和试验研究,提出了对高原铁路机车空压机容积流量的建议标准要求。
Air supply system of locomotive provides compressed air for train air brake system and auxiliary equipment,which is an important guarantee for the safe operation of the train.The air supply systems of existing locomotives all use the volumetric air compressors,and their performance is affected by the high-altitude operating environment.Aiming at the fact that there is a large difference in the air supply capacity of the existing plateau locomotives in China and the lack of uniform standards for volumetric flow of the air compressors,through theoretical analysis and experimental research on the influence of the plateau low-pressure environment on the air supply capacity of the air compressors,the recommended standard requirements for volumetric flow of the air compressors of the plateau locomotives are put forward.
