摘要
在进行纺织品染整处理的过程中,不可避免地会在面料上残留一些酸性或碱性的化学助剂,可能导致纺织品出现pH过高或过低的现象。文章针对纺织品前处理、印染、后整理等流程中会对pH产生影响的因素进行分析,同时,对pH检测技术和相关标准进行阐述,提出有效控制纺织品pH的相关方法。
During the dyeing and finishing of textiles,some acidic or alkaline chemical additives will inevitably remain on the fabrics,which may cause the textiles to have excessively high or low pH.This article analyzes the factors that affect the pH in the pre-processing,printing and dyeing,and finishing processes of textiles.At the same time,the pH detection technology and related standards are described,and effective control methods of the pH of textiles are proposed.
