摘要
相对分子质量为37000层黏连蛋白受体前体/67000层黏连蛋白受体(LRP/LR)是层黏连蛋白的一种高度亲和性受体,具有多种亚细胞定位,当其定位于核糖体,又被称作40S核糖体蛋白SA(RPSA)。LRP/LR在多种生物学过程中发挥重要作用,如细胞的分化和迁移、蛋白质的翻译以及细胞内信号转导等。更为人所关注的是,LRP/LR还与肿瘤、神经系统疾病和感染性疾病等的发展密切相关。文章主要就LRP/LR的属性、生物学功能及其在肿瘤、朊病毒病阿尔兹海默症、癫痫和感染性疾病中的作用进行综述。
37 KDa laminin receptor precursor/67 KDa laminin receptor(LRP/LR) is a highly affinity receptor of laminin. This protein has a variety of subcellular localization and is also known as 40 S Ribosomal protein SA(RPSA) when it is located on the ribosome. LRP/LR plays an important role in various biological processes, such as cell differentiation and migration, protein translation, intracellular signal transduction and etc.. More importantly, LRP/LR is also closely associated with the development of tumor, neurological diseases and infectious diseases. This paper reviews the features, biological functions and the role of LRP/LR in tumor, prion disease, Alzheimer’s disease, epilepsy and infectious diseases.
