摘要
炎症性疾病(ID)是一系列以炎症反应为特征的疾病,众多ID的发生发展机制尚不明确。铁死亡是一种新型调节细胞死亡的形式,以脂质过氧化物的蓄积为特征,涉及脂质代谢、铁代谢、氨基酸代谢等方面。铁死亡被认为是众多ID发病过程中的重要因子。文章就铁死亡的相关机制及其在肿瘤、心血管疾病、神经系统疾病、糖尿病及感染性疾病等ID中的最新研究进展进行综述,以期为揭示ID的致病机制提供新的方向。
Inflammatory disease(ID)is a series of diseases characterized by inflammatory response.However,the pathogenesis of many IDs is still unclear.Ferroptosis is a new type of regulated cell death characterized by peroxides and involves lipid metabolism,iron metabolism,amino acid metabolism and other aspects.Ferroptosis is considered to be an important factor in the pathogenesis of many IDs.This article reviews the mechanism of iron death and the recent research progress of ID in tumor,cardiovascular disease,nervous system disease,diabetes and infectious disease,so as to provide a new direction for revealing the pathogenic mechanism of ID.
