康复训练联合补阳还五汤辩证治疗对脑卒中后认知功能障碍的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨康复训练联合中药辩证治疗对脑卒中后认知功能障碍疗效,并观察对患者日常生活活动(ADL)能力和神经功能缺损的影响。方法利用数字表法将150例患者随机3组,每组50例,分别是康复组、中药组、联合组。所有的患者用常规药物治疗,康复组采用康复训练,中药组加用益气活血汤辩证治疗,联合组采用康复组和中药组进行治疗。所有患者与治疗前24h及治疗后4周采用简易精神状态量表(MMSE)及神经功能缺损程度量表(NDS)和Barthel指数(BI)评分。结果联合组的MMSE、NDS、BI的评分治疗4周以后均有改善,与同时期康复组和中药组比较有差异性(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论中药联合康复训练综合干预,能改善脑卒中患者认知能力,提高ADL能力,促进患者神经功能康复。 Objective To discuss the efficacy of rehabilitation training and buyang huanwu tang in treatment on the poststroke cognitive dysfunction,and to observe the effects of patients'neurological function deficits and activities of daily living(ADL).Methods 150 patients were randomly divided into the rehabilitation group、Chinese medicine group and joint group with 50 case in each.All the patients received routine therapy of drug,the rehabilitation group used rehabilitation training while traditional Chinese medicine group added Buyanghuanwutang,joint group based on the treatment of the rehabilitation group and Chinese medicine group.To assess all the patients using Mini-Mental state examination(MMSE),neurological function deficit score(NDS)and Barthel Index(BI)respectively 24h before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of MMSE、NDS and BI of joint group had improvement,and the differences were statistically significant compared with the rehabilitation group and Chinese medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion rehabilitation training combined with Chinese medicine therapy can improve cognitive ability of stroke patients,promoting the rehabilitation of neural function and improving the ADL performance simultaneously.
