摘要
总结罗陆一临床运用望诊结合辨证思想诊治冠心疾病的经验。罗陆一认为冠心病乃本虚标实之证,肾虚为根源所在,而血瘀是主要的病理因素。故治疗上当以补肾扶正为主,活血化瘀贯穿始终,并根据是否夹杂有气滞、寒凝、湿蕴、痰阻等不同兼证而施治。
This paper summarizes the clinical experience of Professor LUO Lu-yi in treating coronary atherosclerotic heart disease by observation and syndrome differentiation. He believes that coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(CHD) shows the mixed syndrome of excess and deficiency, of which key cause is kidney deficiency, and that the disease is characterized by blood stasis pathologically. Therefore, tonifying kidney is regarded as the key of the treatment. In the meanwhile, approaches for improving blood circulation and removing blood stasis need to be used during the whole treatment. Other treatment may also be applied according to various symptoms including Qi stagnation, cold coagulation, retention of dampness and sputum blockage.
