摘要
对2018年11月华中科技大学同济医学院附属同济医院儿科收治的1例非结核分枝杆菌脑炎患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析。患儿,男,9岁,因头痛、呕吐入院,经实验室反复检查及感染病原高通量基因检测,诊断为非结核分枝杆菌脑炎。经积极抗感染及对症治疗,患儿预后良好。由于非结核分枝杆菌感染临床表现多样,而其造成的脑炎与其他病原微生物造成的脑炎鉴别困难,因此病原学检查尤为关键。
A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of child with nontuberculous mycobacterial encephalitis admitted at the Department of Pediatrics,Tongji Hospital,Tongji Medical College,Huazhong University of Science and Technology in November 2018 was performed.The child,male,9 years old,was admitted to the hospital due to headache and vomiting,and was diagnosed with nontuberculous mycobacterial encephalitis after repeated laboratory tests and high-throughput genetic testing of the infected pathogen.After anti-infection and symptomatic supportive treatment,the child had a good prognosis.Since the clinical manifestations of nontuberculous mycobacterial infections are diverse,and the encephalitis caused by it is difficult to distinguish from the encephalitis caused by other pathogens,the etiological exa-mination is especially critical.
