摘要
随着时代的快速发展,财会行业对人才的要求愈加严格。而在实际教学过程中,许多高校财会专业教师的教学观念都比较滞后,教学内容与实际脱节严重,学习氛围枯燥乏味,难以有效完成创新型人才培养。在这种背景下,高校必须跟上教育改革发展潮流,重新调整课堂体系,以此来推动理论与实践的充分融合。鉴于这种情况,本文首先细致分析了高校财会专业创新型人才培养面临的困境,然后提出了几点优化策略。
With the rapid development of the times,the accounting industry has become stricter and stricter on talents.However,in the actual teaching process,the teaching concept of many accounting teachers in colleges and universities is relatively backward,the teaching content is seriously divorced from the actual situation,the learning atmosphere is boring,and it is difficult to effectively complete the cultivation of innovative talents.In this context,colleges and universities must keep up with the development trend of education reform and readjust the classroom system to promote the full integration of theory and practice.In view of this situation,this paper first analyzes the difficulties in the cultivation of innovative talents of accounting major in colleges and universities,and then puts forward some optimization strategies.
