摘要
目的分析强化免疫检验质量管理对临床免疫检验准确性的影响。方法选取昆山市第六医院2018年1月至2019年12月进行免疫检验的患者2400例作为研究对象,按照医院强化免疫质量管理实施前后分为观察组和对照组,每组1200例。将免疫质量管理实施前的患者(时间为2018年1月至12月)设为对照组,免疫质量管理实施后的患者(时间为2019年1月至12月)设为观察组,两个阶段的时限均为1年。比较两组患者进行医院强化免疫质量管理前后的血清标本检验结果的变化指标。结果经强化免疫检验治疗管理后的观察组患者的血清标本在甲状腺功能检测变异指数及甲胎蛋白变异指数方面均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);且观察组患者血清标本的乙肝五项[乙肝表面抗原(HBsAg)、乙肝表面抗体(HBsAb)、乙肝肝炎e抗原(HBeAg)、乙肝e抗体(HBeAb)以及乙肝核心抗体(HBcAb)]检验正确率也均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施强化免疫检验质量管理有效保障了标本的新鲜度,增加了临床免疫检验的准确率,有利于临床医师制订出更加科学、有效的治疗措施,促进患者的快速诊断及康复。
Objective To analyze the impact of enhanced quality management of immunoassays on the accuracy of clinical immunoassays.Methods A total of 2400 patients who underwent immunization test in Kunshan Sixth People's Hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group with 1200 patients in each group according to the implementation of the hospital's enhanced immunization quality management.The period before the implementation of immunization quality management(from January to December 2018)was set as the control group.The period after the implementation of immunization quality management(from January to December 2019)was set as the observation group,and the duration of both phases was 1 year.The changes of serum specimen test results before and after hospital enhanced immune quality management were compared between the two groups.Results After intensive immunoassay treatment and management,the serum samples in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group in terms of the variation index of thyroid function detection and the variation index of alpha-liportein(P<0.05).The accuracy rates of HBsAg,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBeAb and HBcAb in serum samples of the patients in the observation group were also higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of quality management of enhanced immunoassay effectively ensures the freshness of specimens,increases the accuracy of clinical immunoassay,and is conducive to the development of more scientific and effective treatment measures by clinicians,and promotes the rapid diagnosis and rehabilitation of patients.
