不同型号结晶山梨糖醇的粉体特性对比研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究不同型号结晶山梨糖醇颗粒(XTAB290、P60、P20/P60)的粉体学特征,为直压型片剂产品开发提供参考。方法:以激光粒度分布仪、智能粉体特性测试仪分别测定山梨糖醇原料的粒径分布、流动性。结果:山梨糖醇XTAB290和P60粉体特征及其流动性差异较小,二者与山梨糖醇P20/P60有较大差异,其中山梨糖醇P20/P60的粒径最大、分布最均匀,山梨糖醇P60的粒径最小。数据显示,山梨糖醇XTAB290休止角大于35度,山梨糖醇P60、山梨糖醇P20/P60的休止角小于35度,流动性评价分别为较好、良好和最良好。经对山梨糖醇P60和P20/P60做不同比例混合并测定粒径和流动性,粒径分布介于P60和P20/P60之间,流动性评价均为良好。结论:山梨糖醇粉P60、P20/P60及其组合样品流动性均较好,可满足直压需求,可用于直接压片。此结果可以作为相关产品开发的参考。 Objective:To study the micromeritics properties of different types of sorbitol(XTAB290,P60,P20/P60),so as to provide reference for the development of direct compression tablets.Methods:The particle size distribution and fluidity of sorbitol were measured by laser particle size analyzer and intelligent micromeritics properties tester respectively.Results:There was little difference in the micromeritics properties and fluidity of sorbitol XTAB290 and sorbitol P60,and they were different from sorbitol P20/P60.The particle size of sorbitol P20/P60 was the largest and the most uniform,while that of sorbitol P60 was the smallest.The data showed that the repose angle of sorbitol XTAB290 is greater than 35 degrees,and that of sorbitol P60 and sorbitol P20/P60 is less than 35 degrees.The liquidity evaluation result is good,better and the best respectively.The particle size distribution of diffrent combinations of sorbitol P60 and sorbitol P20/P60 was between P60 and P20/P60,and the fluidity evaluation were also good.Conclusion:The three sorbitol powders have good fluidity and can be used for direct compression.This result can be used as a reference for related product development.
