摘要
针对玉米种子制种加工过程中的干燥环节,在传统晾晒法的基础上,为解决晾晒过程占地面积大、易受天气因素影响的问题,研发了一种网式自然干燥储仓装置。通过采用有限元计算分析的方法,在设计工况下,对储仓添加约束,施加载荷,包括自重、玉米重量、风载、雪载等。对设计过程中组成储仓的直立式容器、仓下支撑结构、加强筋、卸料装置进行了强度、刚度校核。结果表明,储仓最大应变为3 mm,出现在迎风面竖直支撑杆处,应力最大值为155 MPa,在底部基座处,小于材料的许用应力值,符合设计要求。通过将有限元法应用于网式自然干燥储仓的结构设计,全面考虑了所受的各种载荷,相比传统的校核方式,能够更加快速、准确、直观的为设计人员提供参考,从而大幅减少开发周期和研发成本,为储仓结构设计提供了便捷的方法。
In order to solve the problem of large land occupation and easy to be affected by weather factors in the drying process of corn seed production,based on the traditional air drying method,a kind of net type natural drying storehouse device was developed by using the finite element method in this paper.By using the method of finite element calculation and analysis,the storage bin was constrained and loaded under the design conditions,including the deadweight,corn weight,wind load,snow load,and so on.Then the strength and rigidity of the vertical container,support structure under silo,reinforcing rib and discharging device were checked.The results show that the maximum strain of the storage bin is 3 mm,which appears at windward vertical strut;and the maximum stress is 155 MPa,at the bottom base,which is less than the allowable stress value of the material;the result meets the design requirements.By applying the finite element method to the structural design of net type natural drying storage bin,and all kinds of loads are fully considered,it shows than it can provide reference for designers more quickly,accurately and intuitively than the traditional check method,thus the development cycle and R&D cost are greatly reduced,which provides a convenient method for the structural design of storehouse.
