摘要
基于打印设备的研制要求,对3D打印设备的系统设计、系统加工、安装调试、性能检测实验、系统试运行和系统改进等几个阶段进行研究,对该设备的相关机械和控制系统的技术标准进行了设计和优化,完成了该设备的研制。开发的数据预处理软件具有三维图形显示、编辑功能以及纠错、分层、分区处理等功能;在成型加工过程中增加了轮廓扫描功能,克服了打印成形存在的台阶误差,改善了工件表面质量;此外,在3D打印系统中使用了风冷式激光器,降低了设备成本。
Based on the development requirements of printing equipment,this paper studies the system design,system processing,installation and debugging,performance testing experiment,system trial operation and system improvement of 3D printing equipment,designs and optimizes the technical standards of relevant machinery and control system of the equipment,and completes the development foundation of the equipment.The developed data preprocessing software has the functions of 3D graphic display,editing,error correction,hierarchical and partition processing.The contour scanning function is added in the forming process,which overcomes the step error of printing forming and improves the surface quality of the workpiece.Air cooled laser is used in 3D printing system,which reduces the cost of equipment.
