摘要
目的:分析免散瞳眼底照相在糖尿病视网膜病变筛查中的应用价值。方法:选取2018年4月~2019年12月到本院进行检查的疑似糖尿病视网膜病变患者120例为研究对象。对其分别开展眼底血管造影检查、散瞳眼底照检查和免散瞳眼底照相检查,观察三组检查结果的疾病检出率以及三种方法的敏感度和特异性。结果:眼底血管造影组疾病检出率为70.00%(84/120),散瞳组疾病检出率为66.67%(80/120),免散瞳组疾病检出率为65.00%(78/120),组间差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。同时散瞳组的敏感度和特异性分别为95.24%(80/84)和88.89%(32/36),免散瞳组的敏感度和特异性分别为92.86%(78/84)和91.67%(33/36),组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:免散瞳眼底照相在糖尿病视网膜病变筛查中具有较高的应用价值,效果显著。
Objective:To analyze the application value of non mydriasis fundus photography in diabetic retinopathy screening.Methods:120 patients with suspected diabetic retinopathy who came to our hospital from April 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.The 120 subjects were examined by fundus angiography,mydriasis fundus photography and non mydriasis fundus photography respectively.The disease detection rate of the three groups and the sensitivity and specificity of the three methods were observed.Results:The disease detection rate of fundus angiography group was 70.00%(84/120),that of mydriasis group was 66.67%(80/120),and that of non mydriasis group was 65.00%(78/120),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).At the same time,the sensitivity and specificity of mydriasis group were 95.24%(80/84)and 88.89%(32/36),respectively,while the sensitivity and specificity of non mydriasis group were 92.86%(78/84)and 91.67%(33/36),respectively.There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Mydriasis free fundus photography has a high application value in the screening of diabetic retinopathy,and the effect is significant.
