摘要
以数据驱动教育治理与教学创新在智能教育应用理论与实践领域已获得广泛共识。如何解决"数据孤岛"和"数据无章"等现实问题,成为推动智能教育应用与方法创新的关键。雷·库兹韦尔在《奇点临近》中最早以智能大脑为隐喻,通过给大数据植入数学算法,模仿人脑机制融合思考、解释预测海量数据的机理,进而做出有逻辑关系的相关行为信息判断。城市大脑正是利用智能大脑解决了因算力、复杂度等原因难以处理的城市治理和发展问题。类似地,智能教育大脑是海量教育数据模型、深度学习算法、高度计算力等智能化技术与算法的融合体,遵循"数据处理→模型训练→模型测试评估→服务应用"技术路线,通过科学规范的数据聚类、数据认知、决策优化、搜索挖掘、预测干预等过程,汇聚多元化的数据类型,打破数据之间的流通壁垒,保障精准的教育实践形态。基于此,该文立足于推动智能教育应用的视角,以人工智能教育大脑作为隐喻,从"是何"以及"如何"厘清其本质内涵与功用,聚焦教育数据治理与智能教育大脑关键技术应对挑战。同时,从有效学习行为发现与分析、素养结构深度刻画与诊断、个性化素养提升与干预决策等方面阐释人工智能教育大脑如何赋能教育,以期为教育数据治理工具与教学创新的转型提供新的思路和路径。
Data-driven education governance and teaching innovation have been widely recognized in the field of intelligent education application theory and practice.How to solve the practical problems such as“Data Island”and“Data Chaos”has become the key to promote intelligent education application and method innovation.Ray Kurzweil first used the intelligent brain as a metaphor in“The Singularity Is Near”,by implanting mathematical algorithms into big data,mimicking the human brain mechanism,fusing thinking,explaining the mechanism of predicting massive data,and then making logical judgments about behavioral information.Urban brain uses the intelligent brain to solve urban governance and development problems that are difficult to handle due to computing power and complexity.Similarly,Intelligent education brain is a fusion of intelligent technologies and algorithms such as massive education data models,deep learning algorithms,and high computing power,following the technical route of“data processing model training model test evaluation service application”,through the scientific and standardized process of data clustering,data cognition,decision optimization,search and mining,predictive intervention and so on,aiming to gather diversified data types,break down barriers between data flows,and ensure precise education practice.Based on the perspective of promoting the application of intelligent education,the paper uses artificial intelligence education brain as a metaphor to clarify its essential connotations and functions from“what”and“how”,and focuses on education data governance and key technologies of intelligent education brain to meet challenges.At the same time,it explains how the artificial intelligence education brain can empower education from the aspects of effective learning behavior discovery and analysis,in-depth description and diagnosis of literacy structure,personalized literacy improvement and intervention decision-making,so as to provide new ideas and paths for educational data gove
