摘要
目的探讨慢性荨麻疹(CU)患者的血清甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)与CU发病的关系,及其与患者血清IgE水平的相关性。方法检测2016年1月—2018年10月在我院皮肤科就诊的348例CU患者(CU组)血清甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)水平和过敏源3项(即总IgE、吸入组IgE和食物组IgE),及同时间段294例我院健康体检者(对照组)血清TPOAb水平,并对2组结果进行相关性分析。结果CU组血清TPOAb水平[(42.16±98.52)IU/mL]与对照组[(34.61±72.48)IU/mL]差异无统计学意义(P<0.05);CU组总IgE升高者占比62.36%;总IgE升高组血清TPOAb水平[(41.76±104.3)IU/mL]与未升高组血清TPOAb水平[(42.83±88.51)IU/mL]差异无统计学意义(P<0.05),且2组间性别和年龄比较差异无统计学意义;CU组患者吸入组特异性IgE阳性率为39.08%,食物组特异性IgE阳性率为8.05%,2组均升高者阳性率为6.03%;组间年龄和性别差异无统计学意义;组间TPOAb水平和总IgE水平差异无统计学意义。结论CU发病与血清TPOAb水平无相关,CU患者血清总IgE水平与TPOAb水平无相关性;佛山南海地区CU患者血清总IgE升高者占比62.36%,特异性IgE以吸入组为主,无性别差异。
Objective In order to investigate the role of serum thyroid peroxidase antibody(TPOAb)in chronic urticaria(CU),and its correlation between the serum IgE levels in patients with CU.Methods The serum TPOAb and IgE levels(including total IgE,inhalation-specific IgE and food-specific IgE)were detected in 348 CU patients(CU group)from January 2016 to October 2018,and the serum TPOAb in 294 healthy check-up patients(control group)was detected.The correlation between the results of the two groups was analyzed.Results There were no significant differences in serum TPOAb level between the CU group[(42.16±98.52)IU/mL]and the control group[(34.61±72.48)IU/mL,P<0.05].62.36%patients in CU group had elevated total totol IgE.There were no significant differences between the TPOAb level in total IgE elevated CU group[(41.76±104.3)IU/mL]and that in total IgE non-elevated CU group[(42.83±88.51)IU/mL,P<0.05].There were no gender and age differences between the two groups.The proportions of elevated inhalation-specific IgE group,foodspecific IgE group and both elevated group were 39.08%,8.05%and 6.03%.There were no age and gender differences among the three groups.There were no significant differences in TPOAb level and in total IgE level among the three groups.Conclusion The incidence of CU was not related to the level of serum TPOAb.There was no correlation between serum total IgE level and TPOAb level in CU patients.CU patients with elevated total IgE level accounted for 62.36%in Nanhai area of Foshan,and the specific IgE was mainly inhalation-specific without gender difference.
