摘要
发展和壮大农村集体经济的关键在于找到有效的实现形式。当前,我国农村集体经济的实现形式主要有集体全资和控股企业、农民专业合作、集体资产股份合作三种典型类型。这三种典型类型既有共性规律,又有不同之处,对各地选择合适的农村集体经济实现形式具有重要的借鉴意义和参考价值,也为农村集体经济实现形式的创新积累了有益经验。创新农村集体经济的实现形式要根据我国实际国情与发展要求,发挥农村集体经济组织功能作用,完善农民集体资产股份权能。
The key to develop and strengthen the rural collective economy lies in finding effective forms of realization.At present,there are three typical types of rural collective economy in China,which are collective wholly-owned and holding enterprises,agricultural professional cooperation,and collective asset stock cooperation.These three typical types have both common laws and differences,which have important reference significance and reference value for local areas to choose appropriate rural collective economic realization forms.In order to innovate the realization form of rural collective economy,we should give full play to the function of rural collective economic organization and improve the rights and powers of farmers’collective assets.
