摘要
文章从供应链管理的视角出发,选取沪深两市A股442家制造型上市公司2015~2019年数据为研究样本,使用面板门限模型实证研究了科技创新对企业绩效的影响。实证结果表明,科技创新与企业绩效之间存在非线性关系;科技创新对企业绩效有显著正向影响;科研人员的数量与企业绩效的关系受到供应链管理能力的影响从而存在两面性。最后,提出了提高企业科技创新能力和供应链管理能力的建议。
From the perspective of supply chain management,this paper selects the data of 442 manufacturing listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges from 2015 to 2019 as the research samples,and uses the panel threshold model to empirically study the impact of scientific and technological innovation on enterprise performance.The empirical results show that there is a nonlinear relationship between scientific and technological innovation and enterprise performance.Scientific and technological innovation has a significant positive impact on enterprise performance;The relationship between the number of researchers and enterprise performance is influenced by the supply chain management ability,so there are two sides.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions and opinions to improve the enterprise's ability of scientific and technological innovation and supply chain management.
