摘要
纳米金刚石在机械、化学和医学等领域都具有广泛的应用,对于不同形态纳米金刚石的生长过程及机理的研究对超硬材料行业的发展有着重要意义。文章概述了纳米片状金刚石膜的性能、纳米金刚石的特性,并重点介绍了纳米片状金刚石膜的生长机理、纳米金刚石向纳米洋葱状富勒烯结构转变的过程、碳纳米葱向孪晶金刚石转变的机理和金刚石微球的生长机理,为进一步研究及应用提供了参考。
Nano diamond has been widely used in mechanical,chemical and medical fields.The research on the growth process and mechanism of different forms of nano-diamonds is of great significance to the development of superhard material industry.In this paper,the properties of nano flake diamond film and the characteristics of nano diamond were summarized.The paper mainly introduced the growth mechanism of nano-sheet diamond film,the transformation process from nano diamond to nano-onion-like fullerene structure,the transformation mechanism from carbon nano-onion to twin diamond,and the growth mechanism of diamond microsphere,which provided a reference for further research and application.
