摘要
宋绍亮教授认为湿邪久蕴、邪毒内伏是导致尪痹反复不愈的主要原因,湿、热、毒、痰、瘀为本病的病理属性。治疗强调辨病与辨证相结合,兼顾病位与合并症,以辨病方为基础方,加减化裁。同时注重已痹防变,巩固防复,坚持守方,疗效显著。附验案1则。
Professor SONG Shaoliang holds that long accumulation of dampness and latent pathogen in the interior are the main factors which lead to the recurrence and refractoriness of lame impediment.Dampness,heat,toxin,phlegm,and blood stasis are the pathological property of the disease.In the treatment,Professor SONG emphasizes the combination of disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,and takes the location and comorbidity into consideration,with Differentiating Disease Formula(辨病方)as the basic prescription,modified according to symptoms.He also pays attention to control the development of the existing impediment,consolidate the curative effect to prevent recurrence,and uphold the original effective prescription,which often achieve significant efficacy.One successful case is listed.
