宝天曼中小型土壤动物功能类群及其影响因素研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了解中国南北过渡带土壤动物功能类群状况,于2018年9月在河南宝天曼国家级自然保护区南坡沿海拔梯度选取一条采样带,对中小型土壤动物功能类群进行调查.研究表明:共捕获中小型土壤动物48类、3673只,基于食性差异划分为腐食性、植食性、捕食性、杂食性4种土壤动物功能类群,且腐食性、杂食性为研究区主要功能类群.腐食性和杂食性土壤动物个体、类群总数均随海拔上升呈现“单峰型”分布模式,植食性和捕食性无明显分布规律.各样地4种功能类群多样性指数差异显著(P<0.05),海拔是影响植食性、捕食性土壤动物分布的重要限制性因素.冗余分析(RDA)显示,腐食性和捕食性土壤动物功能类群与土壤含水率呈显著正相关,杂食性土壤动物与有机质、全磷呈正相关,植食性土壤动物与全氮含量呈正相关,与pH值相关性不显著. In order to understand the status of functional groups of soil fauna in the North-South Transitional Zone of China,a sampling zone was selected along the altitude gradient on the south slope of Baotianman national nature reserve in Henan province in September 2018 to investigate the functional groups of meso-micro soil fauna.The results showed that 3673 individuals were extracted,belonged to 48 groups.Based on the different mode of feedings,it can be divided into four functional groups:Saprophygous,Phytophagous,Predatory and Omnivorous.Among them,Saprophygous and Omnivorous are the mainly functional groups in the study area.The total number of individuals and groups of Saprophygous and Omnivorous soil fauna showed a“single peak”distribution pattern with the increase of altitude,but there was no obvious distribution pattern of Phytophagous and Predatory,and the diversity index of four functional groups in the study area was significantly different(P<0.05).Altitude was an important limiting factor affecting the distribution of Phytophagous and Predatory.The results of redundancy analysis(RDA)showed that the functional groups of Saprophygous and Predatory soil fauna were significantly and positively correlated with soil moisture content,Omnivorous soil fauna were positively correlated with organic matter and total phosphorus,and phytophagous soil fauna were positively correlated with total nitrogen content,but not significantly correlated with pH value.
