摘要
作为临床重症监护病房常用的监护设备,心电监护仪能够实时监测患者的各项生理、生化参数,及时反映患者的瞬间生理变化,并实现不同类型的自动报警和自动记录,提升患者治疗和护理质量,在肝病患者的治疗中具有广泛的应用。随着现代信息技术的快速发展以及医学技术的进步,心电监护仪在操作方式、接口模式以及信息网络功能等方面都取得了一定的进展。基于此,从心电监护仪最新发展趋势以及新技术应用方面开展综述研究。其中,部分心电监护仪采用了触摸屏操作技术、智能参数接口技术、云计算技术等,受到了业内的广泛认可,充分展示了心电监护仪的未来发展方向;此外,无创血压测量新技术、数字血氧测量新技术、呼气末二氧化碳分压测量新技术等有效提升了心电监护仪的参数测量功能。
As a common monitoring equipment in clinical intensive care unit,electrocardiogram monitor can monitor the physiological and biochemical parameters of patients in real time,timely respond to the instantaneous physiological changes of patients,and achieve different types of automatic alarm and automatic recording,improve the quality of treatment and nursing,and has a wide range of applications in the treatment of patients with liver disease.With the rapid development of modern information technology and the progress of medical technology,electrocardiogram monitor has made some progress in operation mode,interface mode and information network function.Based on this,the following from the electrocardiogram monitor the latest development trend and the application of new technology to carry out a review of research.Some of the electrocardiogram monitors use touch screen operation technology,intelligent parameter interface technology,cloud computing technology,etc.,which are widely recognized in the industry,and fully demonstrate the future development direction of electrocardiogram monitors.In addition,the new technologies of noninvasive blood pressure measurement,digital blood oxygen measurement and end tidal carbon dioxide partial pressure measurement have effectively improved the parameter measurement function of electrocardiogram monitor.
