摘要
新冠疫情的爆发,对公共图书馆危机管理能力产生挑战。在此背景下,提升公共图书馆的危机管理能力、提高公共图书馆服务水平至关重要。本文采用数据智能爬取软件,收集31所省级公共图书馆官方网站、微博、微信公众平台上发布的疫情相关信息,构建评价指标评价公共图书馆危机管理能力,并为未来公共图书馆危机管理能力的提升提出建议。结果显示,公共图书馆在善后恢复能力评价中表现较好,在危机响应能力、危机沟通能力、善后整改能力方面有待提升。
The outbreak of COVID-19 has challenged the crisis management ability of public libraries.In this context,it is very important to improve the crisis management ability and service level of public library.This paper uses the data intelligent crawling software to collect the epidemic related information published in the official websites,microblogs and Wechat official accounts of 31 provincial public libraries,and builds evaluation indexes to evaluate the crisis management ability of public libraries,and puts forward suggestions for improving the crisis management ability of libraries in the future.The results show that public libraries perform well in the evaluation of recovery ability,and need to be improved in crisis response ability,crisis communication ability and rectification ability.
