摘要
土地整治项目的核查验收是有关部门为了检测竣工后的土地整治项目能否达到预期的工程标准和国家相关规定要求,而开展的第三方核查工作。该文以苏州市三优三保土地拆旧复垦验收项目为依托,利用小型无人机采集测区影像数据,内业进行数据处理,获取测区正射影像,并进行矢量化核查。研究结果表明:使用小型无人机进行土地整治项目的核查验收工作可以灵活、方便、快捷、高效地获取测区高精度和高分辨率的正射影像,其测量结果直观、准确、可靠,完全满足验收要求。
The verification and acceptance of land reclamation project is a third-party verification work carried out by the relevant departments in order to test whether the completed land reclamation project can meet the expected engineering standards and relevant national requirements.In the article based on the Suzhou Sanyou Sanbao land reclamation and acceptance project,a small UAV is used to collect the image data of the survey area,and the internal industry carries out data processing to obtain the orthophoto image of the survey area and carry out vector verification.The results show that the use of small unmanned aerial vehicle in the verification and acceptance of land reclamation project can flexibly,conveniently,quickly and efficiently obtain the orthographic images with high precision and resolution in the survey area,and the measurement results are intuitively,accurate and reliable,which fully meet the acceptance requirements.
