摘要
目的:比较两种不同静脉输液操作流程所产生的效果,以缩短静脉输液操作时间,提高穿刺成功率,提高患者舒适度。方法:将2018年2-5月笔者所在医院成人门诊200例输液患者随机分为两组,各100例,对照组采用传统操作流程进行握拳、15°~30°角度穿刺、三步固定法、交换式拔针按压法;试验组采用屈腕五指自然内收手势、40°~60°角进针穿刺、一步固定两边高举平台法,举手式自我按压法,进行输液操作。结果:试验组穿刺成功率97%,对照组穿刺成功率88%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组固定时间、拔针时间、重新固定例数及皮肤压红、皮下淤青发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用新静脉输液操作流程改良方法可提高穿刺率,缩短操作时间,提高患者舒适度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To compare the effects of two different intravenous infusion procedures.To shorten the intravenous infusion operation time,improve the success rate of puncture,and improve patient comfort.Method:From February to May 2018,200 patients with infusion in the adult outpatient clinic of our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group.The control group used traditional operating procedures for fisting,15°-30°angle puncture,three-step fixation,Exchange needle extraction and compression method;the experimental group used wrist flexion five-finger natural adduction gestures,40°-60°needle puncture,one-step fixation of the two sides elevated platform method,raised hand self-pressing method,infusion operation,the two groups were compared and studied.Result:The puncture success rate in the experimental group was 97%,and the puncture success rate in the control group was 88%(P<0.05).The fixation time,needle removal time,number of refixation cases,and incidence of skin redness and subcutaneous bruise in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The improved method of the new intravenous infusion operation process can increase the puncture rate,shorten the operation time,and improve the comfort of patients,which is worthy of clinical application.
