摘要
我国的建筑企业在承揽海外EPC总承包项目的采购工作中会遇到政治风险、支付汇率风险、采买过程中合同变更、供应商等方面带来的风险等,且疏于风险管理造成项目亏损的案例不在少数。基于此,以国外工程总承包EPC项目的采购工作作为研究重点,着重探讨了采购工作面临的主要风险以及所采取的风险管理措施,希望能为相关工程提供参考。
During the procurement work of overseas EPC projects,Chinese construction enterprises will encounter political risks,payment exchange rate risks,contract changes in the process of purchasing,risk brought by suppliers and other risks,and there are not a few cases of project losses caused by neglect of risk management.Based on this,this paper focuses on the procurement work of overseas EPC project,and pays attention on the main risks faced by the procurement work and the risk management measures taken,hoping to provide reference for related projects.
