摘要
实现高速凹印冰花锤纹效果的印刷成型,确定版面效果最佳的印辊网穴深度。通过对照实验,采用多方案印辊验证不同网穴深度对冰花锤纹油墨印刷和成型的影响,实验指标为标准样张版面效果。通过对印刷样张进行感官测评和SPSS软件数据分析得出,生产参数固定时,网穴深度可以直接影响油墨转移量,其中45μm、50μm、55μm至60μm时可以形成冰花锤纹,但存在冰花效果差和漏印的情况;在70~85μm时可以形成冰花锤纹,但均以70μm时版面冰花锤纹效果最佳,与标准样张接近度达95%。冰花锤纹特殊效果烟标凹印印辊参数的确定,实现了特殊效果印刷工艺的转换,为其它特殊效果烟标凹印生产提供了参考。
Realize high-speed gravure ice-flower hammer effect printing forming,and determine the printing roller mesh depth with the best layout effect.Through a control experiment,a multi-scheme printing roller was used to verify the influence of different cell depths on the printing and forming of the ice hammered ink.The experimental index is the standard sample layout effect.Through sensory evaluation of printed samples and SPSS software data analysis,it is concluded that when the production parameters are fixed, the depth of the cell can directly affect the amount of ink transfer.Among them,the ice hammer pattern can be formed at 45μm, 50μm, 55μm and 60μm but the ice effect is poor.And the situation of missing printing;the ice hammer pattern can be formed at 70~85μm, but when the thickness is 70μm, the effect of the plate ice hammer pattern is the best,and the closeness to the standard sample is 95%.The determination of the parameters of the gravure printing roller for the special effect cigarette label with ice flower hammer pattern realizes the conversion of the special effect printing process and provides a reference for the production of other special effect cigarette label gravure printing.
