摘要
长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lncRNA)是转录本长度超过200个核苷酸的RNA分子,不具备蛋白质编码功能,但是可以通过多种机制发挥其生物学功能。核内不均一性核糖核蛋白(heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein,hnRNP)是一类RNA结合蛋白,在染色质重塑、转录、mRNA转运、RNA剪接、RNA编辑和翻译的调控中发挥功能。LncRNA与hnRNP相互作用在多种生命活动中发挥重要功能,已成为研究的热点。前期研究发现,hnRNP在lncRNA参与人类健康和疾病的各种基本机制中起到关键作用。本文主要讨论lncRNA与hnRNP相互作用参与机体功能调控的方式和机理及其在疾病中的作用,以期为lncRNA与hnRNP在相关疾病中的作用提供参考。
Long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)is a RNA molecule with a transcript length of more than 200 bp.It does not have the function of protein coding,but it can exert its biological function through a variety of mechanisms.Heterogeneous nuclear ribonucleoprotein(hnRNP)is a class of RNA-binding proteins that play a role in the regulation of chromatin remodeling,transcription,mRNA transport,RNA splicing,RNA editing and translation.The interaction between lncRNA and hnRNP plays an important role in a variety of life activities and has become the focus of research.Previous studies have found that hnRNP plays a key role in the basic mechanisms of lncRNA participating in human health and diseases.This paper mainly discusses the mode and mechanism of the interaction between lncRNA and hnRNP in the regulation of body function and its role in diseases,in order to provide reference for the role of lncRNA and hnRNP in related diseases.
