摘要
针对我国运载火箭生产制造的技术特性,现阶段需要的工艺装备种类繁多、数量巨大、周期较长,不利于火箭研制的快速响应。随着新型号火箭低成本、高可靠、绿色无污染的研制需求,以及智能制造和航天强国建设的任务需求,火箭制造业的工艺装备未来将向着模块化、系列化、通用化的标准化发展和柔性化、数字化、智能化发展,同时应用一些新材料、新技术新方法,改变传统的工装设计思路和理念,向精益化制造转型,可以大幅度提高我国运载火箭的生产制造水平。
It needs plentiful craft equipments and spends a lot of time for the technical characteristics of the launch vehicle,s manufacture,which are bad for the fast research and development. With the need of inexpensive,reliable and non-contaminative launch vehicle,the need of intelligent manufacturing and the construction for a major country in space,the development of craft equipment will be modularized,serialized,generalized,flexible,digitized and intelligent. At the same time,a lot of new material,new technology and new method will be used for changing the design thought and idea of the craft equipment and translating for lean production,which will drastically raise the manufacture level of the launch vehicle.
