摘要
若发生危机事件,旅行者的风险感知将会造成旅行目的地负面感知形象,直接影响旅行者决策制定。基于Logit模型通过论述风险感知,围绕性别、媒体等方面分析影响旅游者风险感知的主要因素,从心理层面分析旅行者风险感知机制,提升旅游行业危机管理能力,重视多种因素对于风险感知的影响。
In the event of crisis,travelers'risk perception will cause negative perception image of travel destination and directly affect travelers'decision-making.By summarizing risk perception,this paper analyzes the main factors affecting tourist risk perception based on Logit model,such as gender,media and so on,analyzes the risk perception mechanism of travelers at the psychological level,promotes the crisis management ability of tourism industry,and attaches importance to the influence of many factors on risk perception.
