杭州瓜山未来社区的改造处于中国房地产市场的一个转型阶段,在如何实现“房住不炒”的房地产调控背景下,助力年轻人在向往城市落地生根的梦想。通过整体建筑改造,以及以长租公寓为定位的导向,打造年轻人梦想起航的聚集地,从杂乱的城中村到年轻人的“未来社区”,实现人民对未来生活的向往。
The reconstruction of Guashan future community in Hangzhou is in a transitional stage of China's real estate market.Under the background of the real estate regulation of"housing is for living in and not for speculative investment",it will fulfill young people’s dream of settling down in the city.Through the overall architectural transformation and the orientation of longterm rental apartments,it aims to build a gathering place for young people to set off on their dreams,from a chaotic urban village to a"future community"for young people,so as to realize people's yearning for future life.
